Virtual Mentorship Program

At Global Gaming Women, we are proud to offer the OneUpOneDown Mentorship Program – a unique and impactful opportunity designed to foster connection, confidence, and career growth among women across the gaming industry.

This virtual program pairs less experienced professionals (“One Down”) with more experienced peers (“One Up”) in a near‑peer mentorship model. By connecting individuals just a few steps apart in their career journeys, the experience becomes immediately relevant, highly relatable, and deeply empowering.

How to Get Started

1. Create a Profile

Sign up as a mentor, mentee, or both. Complete your profile to help us understand your needs and experiences.

2. Get Matched

We’ll find the most suitable mentor or mentee for you, based on your personal and professional goals. You’ll receive a match proposal, and once both parties agree, your mentorship begins.

3. Engage & Grow

Over three months, you’ll have at least four scheduled meetings—two in the first month and one per month afterwards. This structured approach ensures meaningful progress and strong relationships.
